David Farahat
Owner - Executive Chef

In 1990, David Farahat graduated from The Culinary Institute of America.
David then went on to study at some of New York's finest restaurants where he honed his skills under the guidance of top Chefs at establishments such as the River Cafe, Restaurant Rafael, La Metairie, Brasserie du Theatre, Le Cygne, and the Garden City Hotel. He started as Executive Sous Chef at the Garden City Hotel and quickly ascended to the position of Executive Chef. David's hard work and dedication enabled him to become one of the youngest Executive Chefs of any Four Star Restaurant in the area.

Joseph Farahat
Owner & Co-Founder

In 1987 Joseph Farahat graduated from The Culinary Institute of America.
Joseph spent the next two years under the tutelage of Four Star Chefs at the world famous Greenbrier Hotel and Spa. Once There, Joseph developed his expertise and knowledge and was awarded the very prestigious Medal of Excellence. He then returned to NYC where he continued to develop his craft at exclusive restaurants and hotels such as the Inter-Continental, the Waldorf Astoria, The 21 Club, Arcadia,Le Cirque, and Restaurant 44 at the Royalton Hotel. Joseph's dedication to the art of cooking has propelled him to become one of the most talented chefs in the Metropolitan area today.

 

David agreed that first and foremost came fresh great tasting food, stylish and contemporary presentation, and personalized friendly service. He also insisted that these attributes were to be reflected through his attentive, knowledgeable, and smiling staff who are all highly valued members of

These priorities have been combined with hard work, professionalism and flair to help "Chef David and Joseph" succeed in building a name synonymous with happy customers and memorable events as the name Chefs 724 Events and Catering Company  is owned and operated by Chefs David and Joseph.

David and Joseph Have Both   been involved in the hospitality industry from a very early age; food and entertainment is in his blood.

After venturing into varying Fine Dining establishments, an opportunity arose for David and Joseph to open  their own catering company established in 1995.  Many years into the experience, David and Joseph are Thrilled   that they decided to open a Restaurant - Private Party Venue.
